This book is the culmination of many years of teaching experience and an effort to help students successfully meet the demands of the mathematics course.
Unlike other commercially available books, this edition is intended exclusively for use in the classroom and aims to support the educational process in the most up-to-date and effective way, meeting the needs of the new examination system.
Aimed at the students and teachers of the Group, we aim to provide a valuable tool for organizing one’s thoughts and approaching the methodology of all types of exercises, which will enable candidates to prepare thoroughly for the exams.
The book’s structure is based on the following philosophy: Each type of exercise is accompanied by an explanation, solved examples, and unsolved exercises—on the one hand, to give students the initial impetus to think, and on the other, to enable them to successfully tackle similar and dissimilar problems.
It is clear that mathematical thinking begins with classifying a problem into a certain methodological category and extends all the way to solving complex problems.
Through the pages of this book, let’s embark together on a journey of mathematical thinking that will bring our students closer to their own “intellectual Ithaca.”
