Workshop on Recognizing and Managing Stress Related to the Panhellenic Exams for Students and Parents at the Eleusis Recreation Center

Success isn’t built solely on knowledge and proper preparation. It’s also built on self-confidence, mental resilience, and human support. With this philosophy in mind, on Sunday, May 24, 2026, in the banquet and event hall on the second floor of the Eleusis Diakrotima, we had the pleasure of hosting psychologist and Therapeutic Counselor Ms. Marousa Kalagona.

In the presence of beloved faculty members, parents, and students, a particularly meaningful workshop dedicated to recognizing and managing stress associated with the Panhellenic Exams.

Through a warm and fruitful dialogue, we gained a better understanding of the nature of anxiety and ways to manage it effectively, drawing on modern scientific approaches and practices, such as developing inhibitory control, self-regulation, strengthening working memory, and planning and organization.

The meeting highlighted once again that the educational process is not only about the transmission of knowledge, but also about empowering children and supporting their families. At the Eleusis Diakrotima, we continue to create opportunities for meaningful learning and personal growth, because we believe that when knowledge combines with emotional empowerment, students can pursue their dreams with greater confidence and optimism.
