The 1st Nationwide Information Day for the 2022–2023 school year—Watch the video here.

Choosing a field of study is one of the most important decisions teenagers are called upon to make, and this process begins as early as the final year of middle school and culminates in the Panhellenic Exams. The key pillars of success in the exams and in planning their careers are a positive mindset, a healthy diet, and accurate, targeted information.

For this reason, the DIAKROTIMA Group, in order to provide students and parents with timely and reliable preparation, is organizing the first online Career Guidance Workshop for the new school year in collaboration with the distinguished and industry-leading scientific team at EMPLOY EDU Educationand Career Consultants. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Christos Taussanis, Founder & Scientific Director of EMPLOY EDU Education & Career Consultants. Also participating in the event will be Ms. Emilia Axiotidou, Family and Systemic Psychotherapist & Educational Psychologist, as well as Dr. Despoina Komninou, Physician, Ph.D. in General Pathology with a Specialization in Nutrition from New York Medical College.

The workshop will include two short presentations on how we can manage our stress to maximize our academic performance and what our diet should be, especially during periods ofintensive study. Next, we will focus on key information regarding the education system and this year’s national college entrance exams, as well as the career paths and innovative specializations offered by various sectors and fields. Having conducted dozens of studies on interdisciplinarity and the evolution of professions, Dr. Christos Taussanis will help students understand the future job market and the opportunities they can pursue through their academic programs.

At the end, there will be ample time for discussion and to answer questions.

The seminar will take place on Sunday, September 25, at 6:30 p.m., and is the first nationwide seminar to be held at the start of the school year.
