In the next phase—when a new announcement will be made with details on the date and venue—it will be available FREE OF CHARGE to everyone
students who filled out the contact form, the award-winning ADVISOR aptitude and interest questionnaire, which will be a key resource provided by the Municipality of Palaio Faliro to its students. The ADVISOR psychometric test is a specialized career guidance tool that helps
help participants understand their aptitudes and skills, providing valuable information for their future careers. Once the Advisor questionnaire is completed by the specified deadline, the results will be analyzed on an individual basis.
Given that the job market, with its constant changes and the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other new technologies, makes career guidance more critical than ever; the certified partners of EMPLOY EDU Education & Career will analyze and provide information on all relevant data that will contribute to effective decision-making regarding education and career paths.
The workshops and individual counseling sessions are designed to:
- access to reliable information about academic programs and the careers of the future.
- in analyzing the aptitudes and fields of interest that suit each individual based on his or her personality, as determined by the Advisor career guidance test.
- in understanding the opportunities offered by various educational options and how they relate to the demands of the job market.
As Yiannis Fostiropoulos, Mayor of Palaio Faliro, stated: “Through this initiative, we aim to address the lack of information and
career counseling, which is a concern for many students and parents, and to give students from lower-income families the opportunity to benefit from career guidance. We seek to express our concern for the city’s young people solely through concrete actions.
EMPLOYEDU Education & Career Consulting, under the academic supervision and direction of Dr. Christos Tausanis, is an experienced team of experts with an extensive body of scholarly and published work, staffed by certified counselors with many years of experience who provide career counseling services annually to thousandsthousands of students throughout the country.
This initiative is being implemented with the valuable support of the Shipping “Marmaras Navigation” and the secondary education tutoring center “DIAKROTIMA of Palaio Faliro.”
