1st Career Guidance Workshop hosted by the DIAKROTIMA Tutoring Centers of the Southern Suburbs.
🔴⚪️ DIAKROTIMA Tutoring Centers, as part of their “DIAKROTIMA Career Days – Roadshow 2026 – 2027, aimed at providing students and parents with systematic and reliable information about educational and career options, are organizing an informational workshop on the topic:
“Education & Careers in the Age of AI—Today’s Choices and Tomorrow’s Skills in an Ever-Changing Job Market.”
In an era of intense and ongoing change, the job market is transforming at an unprecedented pace. Artificial Intelligence, new technologies, the green and digital transitions, as well as broader economic, demographic, and social developments, are reshaping the landscape, affecting professions, required skills, and educational choices.
In this ever-changing environment, timely and reliable information is an important resource for young people who are called upon to make decisions about their education and their professional future.
During the conference, the most significant trends shaping the labor market of the future will be presented, the sectors and occupations expected to show strong growth in the coming years, as well as the skills that are becoming increasingly important in the new professional environment.
Special attention will be given to how artificial intelligence and new technologies are transforming professions, creating new roles and opportunities, while also changing the knowledge and skills that employers now seek.
At the same time, students and parents will have the opportunity to learn about the latest academic programs offered at Greek universities, departments linked to emerging and dynamic sectors of the economy, as well as the various educational paths that can lead to careers with promising prospects.
The goal of the workshop is for students to gain a comprehensive picture of the evolving world of education and work, so that they can make decisions about their future with greater knowledge, better-informed, and with a substantive understanding of the changes already underway.
