15th Pan-Hellenic Conference of the Diakrotima Tutoring Group

On Sunday, July 17, 2022, at the NISIS Estate in Kifissia, an event was held with great success

The 15th Pan-Hellenic Conference of the DIAKROTIMA Tutoring Group.

At a highly symbolic anniversary event, attended by many distinguished guests, honorees, executives, directors, and franchisees of the network from all over Greece, the DIAKROTIMA Educational Group celebrated this year the 25th anniversary of the founding of the first DIAKROTIMA Tutoring Center in Piraeus and the 15th anniversary of the successful launchof its chain of branches (1997–2007)!

The company’s annual conference, the first in-person conference since the pandemic, began with an introductory speech and historical overview delivered by the Group’s CEO, Mr. Anastasios Skiadopoulos, followed by speeches from executives and staff members of the central administration, and concluded with presentations on the network’s 32 new educational institutions and partnerships established over the past 22 months—specifically, the period from September 2020 to July 2022.

At the event organized by the DIAKROTIMA Tutoring Group, the following individuals delivered warm remarks:

Konstantinos Kyranakis—New Democracy Member of Parliament for the Southern Athens District; Kostas Giannopoulos—President of “The Smile of the Child”; Giannis Vafeiadakis — President of the Federation of Educational Tutors of Greece, Dionysis Grigoropoulos — President of the Association of Cold Chain & Logistics Industries, Nikoletta Vasilakou – Elected Member of the Executive Committee of the Eurobank Employees’ Union – Union Eurobank, Stelios Inepentoglou — President of the ILPAP Employees’ Union; and Konstantinos Katsanevas – CEO of Career Gate Test and Vice President of the Georgios Papandreou Cultural Foundation.

In addition to the speakers’ warm words, the highlights of the evening were the award ceremonies and the honors bestowed upon the schools and the organization’s staff!

The eight awards presented for outstanding performance at the DIAKROTIMA Tutoring Center network were as follows:

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARD – LARGEST CENTER IN THE NETWORK IN TERMS OF SALES AND NUMBER OF STUDENTS (ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARD).

For the 2020–2021 season, the AGIA PARASKEVI DIAKROTIMA was awarded, while for the 2021 –2022, the MOSCHATO DIACROTEMA was awarded.

ANNUAL SALES GROWTH AWARD – TOP CENTER IN THE NETWORK FOR ANNUAL SALES GROWTH & STUDENT ENROLLMENT (FAST GROWTH AWARD).

For the 2020–2021 season, the Agios Stefanos Diakrotima was awarded, and for the 2021 –2022, the Heraklion, Crete, Diakrotima was honored.

LOCAL MARKETING AWARD – COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, OUTREACH, PUBLIC RELATIONS & REGIONAL PROMOTION (PR & MARKETING AWARD).

For the 2020–2021 academic year, the DIAKROTIMA OF ALEXANDROUPOLIS was honored, while for the 2021–2022 academic year, the DIACROTEMA OF HERAKLION, CRETE, was once again honored.

TOTAL QUALITY AWARD – BEST PRACTICES & COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE DIAKROTIMA EDUCATION SYSTEM (EDUCATION FOR EXCELLENCE AWARD).

For the 2020–2021 school year, the Nikaia Diakrotima was awarded, while for the 2021–2022 school year, the Aigaleo Diakrotima was awarded.

Honorary awards were presented to three “People of the Year”—three outstanding female managers within the network—in recognition of their integrity, their ethics, and their dedication to the vision and values of the DIAKROTIMA Group—were presented to Ms. Georgia Berdou (DIAKROTIMA Peristeri Center), Argyro Athanaselou (DIAKROTIMA Gyzi), and Froso Vassiliou (DIAKROTIMA Neos Kosmos)!

The evening concluded with a reception in honor of the participants and guests.
