The seminar speaker is Dr. Konstantinos Kotiou, an education and career counselor , author, and founder of LABORA.

The seminar includes targeted information on new trends in the job market, as it has evolved in the post-pandemic era, and the latest information on the New High School, as well as opportunities for higher education in Greece and abroad. At the same time, it includes elements of the scientific method for effective studying developed by Konstantinos Kotiou’s research team, with the aim of helping both students and parents focus better and be more effective in their studies and beyond.

By way of example, the topics to be discussed are as follows:

• What changes have occurred in our lives and at work since the pandemic?
• How do we address the challenges of the modern era (e.g., climate change, health, social welfare, etc.) through our work by using technology in a way that has a positive impact (with examples from Greece).
• Specializations and Careers for the New Era (in conjunction with the Computer Science Department).
• How can I study faster and more effectively just by changing my study method (with examples)?
• How can I memorize things more easily?
• Cell Phones, Social Media, and Studying.
• Parents vs. Students, or Parents & Students? Is there a way for one group to help the other?

During the seminar, students and parents will have the opportunity to talk with Konstantinos Kotios and get personal answers to their questions, as well as enjoy the surprises we’ve prepared, featuring clever materials, which will complement the seminar.
